At Hiam Engineering Limited staff training and development is crucial to improve our business performance and meet our clients targets.
We know that without a well trained skilled team, our business will not grow and prosper. Therefore, we have a number of initiatives to ensure that our staff have the right knowledge, skills, attitude and experience required individually and collectively as a team to perform the jobs
Health Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE)
We adhere to our own internal HSSE guidelines to achieve our incident and injury Free policy, and to meet our norms and standards in order to minimize incidents and injury to our employees, vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors and community members as well as act responsibly not to impact the environment negatively in all our operations.

Here at Hiam Engineering Limited Internal policies and procedures have been developed in order to ensure that work is carried out, in accordance with specifications stipulated by our client. These measures are inherent with Hiam Engineering Limited policy to ensure that client’s expectations are met.
